Return and exchange policy
Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation will be accepted unless the item is out of stock.
If there is any problem with the goods after receiving them and you need to return them, the return procedure is as follows:
- Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related gifts.
- Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product to request a return.

- After the goods are collected, a refund will be arranged within seven working days.
*If the store is unable to recover the goods within seven days after a successful return application, it reserves the right to cancel the return or exchange of goods.
1) Our store has the right to refuse a customer's return or exchange request in the following circumstances:
- When the outer box of the goods is damaged, you do not refuse to sign for it (applicable to door-to-door delivery)
- The return and exchange period has expired (within seven days after receiving the goods)
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way due to personal reasons
- Customer delivery documents are lost or incomplete
- Products not provided by this store
- There is no quality problem with the goods themselves
- There is a color difference between the picture and the actual product
- Epidemic prevention or hygiene products
- The company provides store pick-up and delivery services. Once the goods are shipped, no matter what method of transportation is used, the company will not bear the transportation risk.
- If you do not return the goods in person, the customer will bear the transportation risk of the shipping company selected when returning the goods. If any damage occurs during the return shipping process, the company will not accept the return.
- For any damage caused during the transportation process, customers must discuss solutions with the transportation company. The company does not have any responsibility and will not be involved.
3) Use of Personal Data
After confirming that the product meets the return requirements, please contact customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product and provide your name, order number, contact number, reason for return or exchange, etc.
The Company will not be held responsible for any delays in the return process or even return failures due to failure to provide complete or correct information.
