Return and exchange policy

Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation will be accepted unless it is out of stock.

If there is any problem after receiving the goods and you need to return them, the return procedures are as follows:

1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, documents and related gifts.
2. Contact our store within seven days of receiving the goods to request a return.
