The green line makes the Zometool even more versatile and sophisticated.
Kepler believed that the universe was governed by the relationships between five perfect celestial bodies.
Are you ready to start your cosmic domination? Don't hesitate, we are having a limited time clearance sale on the classic out-of-print Zometool kit from 2012.
This tool set can be said to be the Rosetta Stone of Zometool. It shows how the cubic world intersects with icosahedral symmetry. All thanks to John Conway and his discovery of the tightest nesting of the five Platonic solids.
The German mathematician and astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) hoped to discover a "structure map of the world" when he searched for a system of relationships between the distances of the planets and the sun.
Kepler devoted his life to searching for the music of the celestial bodies, hoping to prove that God determined the orbits of the planets by nesting five "perfect" Platonic solids. But when he analyzed the data, he was proven wrong. Being the good scientist that he is, Johannes Kepler acknowledged this… and founded modern astro-geophysics!
So grab this collector's set before it's gone and make all of your friends who know math and/or Zometool jealous, but probably not much.
